Our DataCenter is located at E-Comm Square, a high technology business complex in downtown Albany, NY. Our state-of-the-art facility features redundant Internet data connections that can accommodate bandwidth up to OC-12 capacity, backup power, 24/7 system monitoring, and FM-200 fire suppression.

Connectivity
Our connectivity is supp- lied by Tech Valley Com- munications via redun- dant 100Base-TX ether- net Internet connections with dynamic fail over between them. Tech Val- ley is connected through several diverse path DS-3 and OC-3 circuits to carriers such as Qwest, Worldcom, and Verizon.

So you can really crank out and you don't need to worry about getting knocked off the Net. If you outgrow the current connection, we'll just bring in more bandwidth. There's plenty in the neighborhood.

Power
Power is provided by three phase APC Silicon UPS. The power grid is fully meshed, with multiple feeds coming into the building. This provides excellent stability in the power grid in our area. (It helps to be right near the State Capital.)

Enclosures
All systems are mounted in industry standard 19" four post racks.

Physical Plant
Our DataCenter has a cement base floor (no weight limit), Static Guard tile flooring, suspended ceilings and an FM-200 fire suppression system.
